Crow Garlic is a wild plant which is also known as wild garlic and which shows one speciality: It can also be harvested in winter! The plant reaches over 50cm in height. Its stalks are dark green and firmer than the stalks of well-known chives. As a home remedy, the juice of crow garlic supposedly acts antiasthmatic and blood-purifying and it was traditionally used as a moth and mosquiito repellent. Raw and boiled stalks can be used like garlic in the kitchen. The small bulbs, which have an even stronger flavour, can also be consumed. Seeds, content: Approx. 30 Crow Garlic seeds
