Cherry Tomato 'Gardener's Delight' (Solanum lycopersicum) - bulk quantity (1 g)

Annual plant for the garden (under tropical conditions, Geudertheimer tobacco may be perennial). Likes lots of sun, water, and fertilizer. Sowing: preculture from February. Sprinkle the fine seeds onto the substrate and press down gently, do not cover with soil. Germinates at approx. 20 °C.
Harden off and plant out in May. Plant distance 40cm in the row and 40-60cm between the rows.
Regular hoeing, earthing up and, especially, good water supply let the tobacco plant prosper marvelously.
As beautiful as the tobacco blossoms are, they should be quickly removed (so-called deadheading and pinching) when the tobacco leaves should really be processed. Thereby, first, more leaves are formed and they also grow larger. Especially the nicotine content in the leaves remains higher then.
