For this seed kit we hand selected our favourite 4 herb varieties for the traditional Brazilian kitchen herb selection 'Cheiro Verde':

• Chives (Allium schoenoprasum)
  There is nothing more enjoyable than the simple pleasure of freshly chopped chives crowning a slice of bread and butter!
• Italian Parsley (Petroselinum crispum)
  This lovely flat-leafed parsley variety from Italy has a particularly delicate aroma.
• Peppermint (Mentha piperta)
  Peppermint is an old, traditional herb-, tea-, and medicinal plant with refreshing aroma.
• Cilantro, Leaf coriander (Coriandrum sativum)
  Cilantro is also nicknamed 'the parsley' of Mexican and Asian cooking. Always add the freshly chopped leaves just before serving the food.
