For this seed kit we hand selected 5 essential organic kitchen herbs:

• Organic dill seeds (Anethum graveolens)
  Dill is an old agricultural crop, which has been used in alternative medicine and is also a lovely kitchen herb. In particular its newly grown tips make a wonderful seasoning for fish, sauces and salad dressings.
• Organic chervil seeds (Anthriscus cerefolium)
  Foodies speak about chervil as the 'gourmet version' of parsley with an exquisitely delicate aroma, which is the perfect match for fish dishes, salads and fresh dips. It is also high in vitamin C.
• Organic parsley seeds 'Mooskrause' (Petroselinum crispum)
  'Mooskrause' is an exuberantly well growing robust parsley variety, with dark green curly leafs and a pronounced savoury aroma.
• Organic chive seeds 'Gonzales' (Allium schoenoprasum)
  There is nothing more enjoyable than the simple pleasure of freshly chopped chives crowning a slice of bread and butter!
• Organic basil seeds 'Medium' (Ocimum basilicum)
  'Medium' is a lush growing basil variety with medium sized leafs and a particularly fine aroma.

The seeds of each variety are packaged in a separate sachet.
