Healthy food is an important issue. That is why you should produce your own food as much as possible. Especially with herbal tea this is very easy, because there are many valuable local herb varieties that grow in pots and boxes if you don't have
your own garden. All selected plant varieties are well suited for making tea and can be enjoyed alone or in any mixture.

This seed set contains 6 of these classic tea herbs for home cultivation:
  • Peppermint (Mentha piperta)
    Peppermint is an old, traditional herb-, tea-, and medicinal plant with refreshing aroma.
  • Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
    Fresh lemon aroma all summer long. The characteristic tangy fresh scent and taste is not forgotten. Old medicinal plant, kitchen herb and bee pasture.
  • Sage (Salvia officinalis)
    Sage is a traditional medicinal-, and kitchen herb descending from the mediteranean and tastes lovely with meat and fish. It also is the key ingredient for the famous 'saltimbocca' recipe.
  • Calamint (Calamintha nepeta)
    A small wild mint with intense aroma and versatile use.
  • Vervain (Verbena officinalis)
    Very old medicinal plant whose dried leaves are often served as tea. Not to be confused with lemon verbena (Aloysia citrodora).
  • Sweet herb fennel 'Dulce' (Foeniculum vulgare)
    Impressive, tall perennial with filigree flowers. The sweet aromatic seeds are suitable for seasoning food and preparing fennel tea.
The seeds of each variety are packaged in a separate sachet.
