Description

This delicious chard is an ancient cultivated plant, now available as organic seed. Silverbeet leaves can be used like spinach, the broad stems are very tasty as a steamed veggie dish. This variety has large, silver-white stalks and dark green
leaves.

Growing instructions
Sow directly outdoors starting in May. 2-3 cm sowing depth, 30cm planting distance. Loves loose humous soils.
