Button snakewort (Liatris spicata) - bulk quantity (2 g)

Up to 25 cm high wild plant, flowers from April to May. Likes well-drained soils, likes to grow on meadows. Other than other cultivars, it can't be exclusively bred vegetatively but also well through seeds. The seeds usually germinate easily if you start them in preculture (do not transplant). It might take the plant three to four years until the first heyday. The received bulbs can be planted out again in late autumn after the foliage has withered.
