This carrot mixture contains organic seeds of the following carrot varieties (Daucus carota):
  • Chantenay carrot (organic)Dull, thick, orange carrot variety with a sweet taste and intense carrot aroma.
  • Carrot 'Oxheart' (organic): This carrot variety belongs to the so-called "Duwicker" type and is, so to speak, the archetype of the orange carrot varieties.
  • Yellow carrot 'Jaune Du Doubs' (organic): A yellow carrot variety with a slightly tart aroma, ideal for stews and one-pots. Carrots of this variety also store well
  • Carrot 'Rouge Sang' (organic): Beautiful sweet carrot variety from France with a striking colour gradient from crimson to light orange.
