• Blessed milk thistle / cardus marianus (organic) (Silybum marianum)
  Very important old medicinal plant for liver diseases and forgotten wild vegetable plant. The seeds are a good source of food for birds in winter.
• Wild teasel / fuller's teasel (organic) (Dipsacus fullonum)
  Beautiful biennial wild plant whose fruit stands are very decorative, especially in winter. An important food plant for many insects and birds.
• Common sunflower (organic) (Helianthus annuus)
  The impressively large and cheery flower heads of sunflowers attract bees and other useful insects till autumn and they are also popular with birds that love to feed off their delicious sunflower seeds.
• Coltsfoot (organic) (Tussilago farfara)
  Very old perennial medicinal plant for respiratory problems. Edible wild vegetable, tobacco substitute and very important first source of food in the year for many insects, butterflies and birds.
• Mountain cornflower (organic) (Centaurea montana)
  Wild beauty with unusual blue inflorescences that provide good food for bees, bumblebees and butterflies. Birds like to eat the seeds in autumn.
