Good King Henry is a native wild plant that has already been cultivated for centuries and can be used like spinach. It's characterized by its high iron and vitamin C content. 50g can already cover the daily requirement of vitamin C of an adult. The
first leaves can be harvested as early as February. As its wildlife resources have become very rare, you should only harvest it in your own garden.
