The Annual Everlasting is an annual cut flower that likes it warm and dry in the garden. Waterlogging is poison for the roots. The botanical name "Xeranthemum" comes from the Greek word "Xerox" which means "dry". Annual everlastings can be used very
well for bouquets of dried flowers and often keep their colour and form over several years.
