Pak Choi (also called Bok Choy) is, like many other traditional Chinese and Japanese cultivated plants, a spicy and easy-care cabbage. The thick and crispy stems are eaten together with the leaves. They can be prepared similar to chard, i.e. steamed and used as a vegetable garnish or directly raw as a salad.
Especially young plants are very delicious. Fast-growing, easy cultivation.

Pak Choi is very easy to cultivate. The plants need a row spacing of approx. 40cm. Sowing: Direct sowing in June-August (do not sow too early!). Harvest from August. Likes sheltered places with loose soil. Only harvested from the outside, the plant continuously forms new leaves.
