The Colourful Sweet Corn Maize 'Rainbow Inka' reaches up to 2 metres in height and forms large, sweet cobs with yellow, red, black, and blue kernels. Ripe, the rainbow-colored cobs are a real eyecatcher, for example as a decoration on the harvest
festival altar. They are also a highlight as regards taste, grilled, for example.

If you'd like to do it like the Inkas, plant pole beans, and pumpkin plants in-between the maize plants. The pole beans can climb up the maize plants and the pumpkin shades the floor with its large leaves. Ideal patch partners. This mixed crop in the patch is also called 'the Three Sisters'.
