"Stuttgarter Riesen" is a German heirloom onion variety with flat round, medium-sized, aromatic onions. They are medium hot. The beginning of the harvest period is in late August. The variety belongs to the most popular ones in Germany and can be
called a classic quite rightly - it offers high yields, is robust, and tastes very spicy. It's also suitable for the propagation of bulbs.
