Sage is native to Asia Minor and North Africa, but has been cultivated in Europe since ancient times. A famous dish with sage as in important ingredient is "Saltimbocca alla Romana". But sage also has a long tradition as a herb for curing diseases.

Growing instructions

Sage is a hardy perennial plant. Likes lots of sun and well-drained soils. Sage seeds germinate very well in pre-culture. Sprinkle seeds onto the substrate and press them gently into the soil only slightly covering them. Keep warm and plant the seedlings out with care.
