Tomato 'Stupice' (Solanum lycopersicum) - bulk quantity (1 g)

Annual plant for the garden (under tropical conditions, N. tabacum can be perennial). Loves lots of sun, water, and fertilisation.
Sowing: Preculture from February. Only scatter the seeds onto the substrate and press them on lightly. Don't cover them with soil. Germinates at approx. 20°C.
Harden and plant out in May. Planting distance 40cm in the row and 40-60cm between the rows.
Regular hoeing, earthing up and, especially, a good water supply let the tobacco plants prosper marvelously.
As beautiful as the tobacco flowers are, they should be quickly removed (so-called deadheading and pinching out) when the tobacco leaves really want to be processed. Thereby, the first leaves are formed. They grow significantly larger. However, especially the nicotine content in the leaves remains higher then.
