Tree Spinach can be harvested and consumed like spinach. It can also be frozen if it's blanched before. The young shoot tips should be harvested regularly. Then, it grows bushier. Furthermore, like that, the new, pink leaves come into their own
better.
The plant can get very high - similar to a sunflower - if it's not harvested regularly. The hard stalks can be used as great hiking poles after the season.
