The yellow tomato variety 'Goldene Königin' (Golden Queen) is a true all-time favourite, grown since 1870 throughout the German-speaking countries. It is typically used as a salad tomato and not related to the American variety 'Golden Queen'.
'Goldene Königin' is very productive and delivers many yellow-orange fruits weighing 30-60g, and a very mild, rather sweet taste as it contains little acid.

Its fruits are are thin-walled and easily burst. This variety is considered rot-resistant and suitable for outdoor growing. Gives color to any salad
