Description

The tomato variety 'Orange Banana' has existed since approx. 1930. It is a Russian tomato with orange, oblong to ovoid fruits. These are about 5-7 cm long and reach a diameter of 2-3 cm. Their taste is sweet, fruity, tender and mild with a solid
consistency.

Like many Russian varieties, 'Orange Banana' too is a very hardy species that is suitable for outdoor growing. The fruits are both very good for filling as well as for sauces and fresh consumption.
