Description

The may turnip 'Platte Witte Mei' is one of the very early and robust varieties from the Netherlands. It produces beautiful white, flat-rounded crops, with good resistance to bolting and splitting.

This turnip species can be grown all year around and is well suited to be harvested early as 'May turnip' or later as 'autumn turnip', with a sowing period from July/August. The 'Platte Witte Mei' takes only about 9 weeks to grow and can therefore be sown into empty vegetable patches in between crop cultivations.

Package with approx. 200 may turnip seeds
