Description
The 'Blauer Delikatess' is resistant to bursting of the tubers. It musn't be planted too early, however, as this species is prone to bolting.

Growing instructions
Preculture from March under glass / foil. From the end of April sow directly into in the garden. Sowing depth of about 1 cm. Keep evenly moist. The initial temperatures during the growth phase should not fall below + 12 °C for a longer time, the plant might form no tuber.
Pinch out the emerging plants to a distance of approximately 25cm, don't plant them deeper than before - this might cause growth inhibitions.
Likes rich soil and plenty of water. Culture duration: 65 days
