Description

Rhubarb chard is an old cultivated plant which has recently received more attention. Blanched like spinach, both the red ribbed leaves and stalks are very tasty. Steamed chard ribs are also crisp delight. The heirloom variety 'Vulkan' has red ribs
and green leaves.
