Description

As this plant is used to coastal conditions it always welcomes a pinch of salt in its fertilizer. Sea kale has its place in many a medieval menu, the stalks served parboiled. The harvest of its leaves can be ongoing throughout the season. Heirloom

Growing instructions
Sea kale is a very hardy perennial and tolerates different conditions. Germination can be slow so it is best to sow the seed in pots. Germination usually takes place in 3 - 5 weeks at 15°C. Prick out the seedlings into individual pots as soon as they are large enough to handle and plant out into their permanent positions.

2016. Das Aufknacken der Samen, ohne den Samen zu beschädigen ist fast unmöglich. Gibt es da einen Trick?? War sehr nervig. Hab 12 gesät und keiner ist gekeimt.
