Description

Corn salad grows wild in parts of Europe, northern Africa and western Asia, as a weed in fields, roadsides and into vineyards. The young leaves have a very mild flavour, they can be added in quantity to salads. When sowing in autumn, fresh leaves
can be harvested in winter. Corn salad is a nice ground cover and multiplies through self-seeding
