Boxthorn/ goji berry/ wolfberry (Lycium barbarum)
‘Goji’ are small red berries, which are high in various vitamins. They are considered a ‘super food’ with the power to revitalize and rejuvenate the body.
Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum)
Jiaogulan is also commonly known by its nickname ‘herb of immortality’ and is consumed as a tea in Southern China. Enthusiasts claim: “It is like ginseng but better!”. li>
Maca/ maca-maca/ maino/ ayak chichira/ ayak willku (Lepidium meyenii)
Maca is an old medicinal plant cultivated by the Inca, also known as ‘Peruvian ginseng’. li>
