Bhut Jolokia is a chili pepper grown in Assam, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. In 2006, it was confirmed by Guinness World Records to be the hottest chili in the world. It is also known as Naga Jolokia, Ghost Chili, Ghost Pepper or Bih Jolokia. Ripe Bhut Jolokia chili peppers measure 60 mm to 85 mm long, with an orange or red color. The fruits have a Scoville rating of 1000000 units!
