Five fast-growing flowers bring colour to empty spaces

Cosmos, garden cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus)
Garden cosmos is an uncomplicated summer flower with airy growth, finely feathered foliage and delicate flowers in shades of white and pink. It brings lightness to beds and larger planters.
Love-in-a-mist (Nigella damascena)
Delicate flowers in blue and white appear among fine, thread-like foliage. After flowering, decorative seed capsules develop, which are also suitable for dried bouquets.
Scarlet sage (Salvia splendens)
Scarlet sage forms striking red flower spikes and provides strong colour accents. In a warm, sunny location, it develops into a decorative summer flower for beds and pots.
