Purple Vegetables - Seed kit

Nutritionists advise in regards to the colour of vegetables and healthy diets, to eat all the colours of the rainbow, as each vegetable’s colour indicates different constituents, important for the body’s well-being and health. For example, anthocyanin, which is health promoting, is responsible for the bluish-purple colouring in fruit and vegetables.
