Description
Yellow rocket is an old European spinach and lettuce plant with vigorous cress aroma. The young leaves can be prepared as a salad. If the herb is planted in the fall, it can be harvested in winter, hence the name "Winter Cress".

Sowing and care
Sow directly into vegetable patch, starting from March until August. Plant in rows (distance: 20-25 cm). The seed should be covered and pressed with a layer of soil 1-2 times the thickness of the seed. Grows very fast. Possibly needs watering in summer. Harvest: April to September. Take the leaves of 15 - 40cm large plants.
