Description
The spicy broccoli rabe is cultivated in the Mediterranean, resembles broccoli, and is also used similarly. The flower buds, however, are much more delicate and have a slightly stronger taste. Also, the leaves and the tender stems of Cima di Rapa are eaten.

Sowing and care
Sowing: Pre-culture outdoors from February or the beginning of May. Cover the seed with approximately 5 mm of soil and keep it moist. The distance between the plants should be about 30 cm. Lots of water promotes the good growth of Cime di Rapa.
