The 4 aromatic chili peppers from this kit are excellent for drying and grinding. They develop a spicy taste. We've included one yellow, red, white and black variety each, and the chili powder made from these peppers is also yellow, red, creamy-white or black.
This seed kit contains 4 aromatic and colourful chilli pepper varieties (Capsicum annuum):

'Golden Cayenne'
A cayenne variety with golden yellow fruits. The thin-walled peppers are ideal for drying.

'White Fire'
'White Fire' is a hot chili variety with almost white chilies that turn red later on.

'Czech Black'
Czech variety with bushy growth. The peppers are about 6 cm tall, medium hot and thick fleshed. They ripen from dark purple to red.

'Colorado Picante'
Great dark red, pointed chilli variety with medium hotness. Also excellent for drying and grinding.
The seeds of each chili pepper variety are packaged in a separate sachet.
Sowing instructions: Sowing time: Pre-culture from mid-
January/end of
February, because chillies have a very long ripening time in temperate climates. They need very warm temperatures of +24-28°C to germinate. We therefore recommend the use of a miniature greenhouse with a heating function.
