'Green Utah' is an especially tasty variety. Celery only forms a small tuber and long, pulpy leafstalks. Celery has already been popular with the Romans and Greeks. It's very low in calory and has a diuretic and urine cleansing effect due to its high potassium content that's said to especially help against gout. Furthermore, its juice supposedly cleans the liver.
