Sowing & cultivation
Outdoor sowing recommended, the root ball is very sensitive. Month of ideal point in time: Mid-May. The seeds are covered with an earth layer 1-2 times as thick as the seeds. Letting the seeds presoak in warm water for several hours (no longer than 1 day) has a positive effect. Apart from that, asparagus peas are to be cultivated and used like garden peas (pisum). The pods are harvested before they get hard.
