Yellow rocket is an old European spinach and lettuce plant with vigorous cress aroma. The young leaves can be prepared as a salad. If the herb is planted in the fall, it can be harvested in winter, hence the name "Winter Cress".

The seed should be covered and pressed with a layer of soil 1-2 times the thickness of the seed. Grows very fast. Possibly needs watering in summer. Harvest: April to September. Take the leaves of 15 - 40cm large plants.
