Thyme (Organic) (Thymus pulegioides)
Ancient medicinal plant of antiquity and the Middle Ages. Proven in all respiratory diseases.
Oregano (Organic) (Origanum vulgare)
Oregano is one of the classic Italian kitchen herbs and its leafs are essential for seasoning pizza and plenty other iconic Mediterranean dishes. It is also an important plant for bees and insects, which feed off its nectar.
Common Rue (Organic) (Ruta graveolens)
A seasoning and medicinal herb very popular in ancient times, which has almost fallen into oblivion today. Very individual, sweet-wine-like aroma that goes well with fish and game.
Thai Basil (Organic) (Ocimum basilicum)
A type of basil that smells of anise and tastes slightly tangier and spicier. Very typical aroma in Thai noodle soups
Spearmint (Organic) (Mentha viridis)
Very intensely scented mint with typical spearmint taste.
Ramsons (Organic) (Allium ursinum)
Wild garlic’s natural habitat is semi-shaded forests but it also grows well in domestic gardens. Its leaves and tubers are said to have health promoting properties and it has a lovely garlicky flavour.
Fennel (Organic) (Foeniculum vulgare)
Impressive, tall perennial with filigree flowers. The sweet aromatic seeds are suitable for seasoning food and preparing fennel tea.
Flat-Leaved Parsley (Organic) (Petroselinum crispum)
This lovely flat-leafed parsley variety from Italy has a particularly delicate aroma.
Comfrey (Organic) (Symphytum officinale)
Root extracts of this ancient medicinal plant are the remedy of choice for bruises, strains and sprains. Comfrey is also a good bee pasture.
Chamomile (Organic) (Matricaria chamomilla)
