Tatsoi is an Asian leafy vegetable similar to pak choi. The mild-tasting Brassica species which is also known as spoon mustard has a pleasant taste, forming beautiful, almost geometrically shaped leaf rosettes. It contains high amounts of vitamin C and folic acid.

Tatsoi is very easy to cultivate. The plants need a row spacing of about 40 cm. Sow direct into open land from June to August (do not sow too early!). Harvest from August. Likes sheltered locations and loose soil.
