This seed kit contains seeds of three very robust early vegetable varieties, which can already be cultivated outdoors early in the year:

• Fava Bean 'Hangdown' (organic) (Vicia faba)
  Broad beans have been cultivated for thousands of years. The seeds are harvested young and have a nutty sweet taste.
• Spinach 'Matador' (organic) (Spinacia oleracea)
  Fast growing spinach for the garden or the balcony. The healthy leaves can be used for salads and prepared as side vegetables.
• Lettuce 'May Queen' (organic) (Lactuca sativa)
  Very early butter head lettuce. Cultivation outdoors can be started from January.

The seeds of each vegetable variety are packaged in a separate sachet.
