Yellow rocket is an old European spinach and lettuce plant with vigorous cress aroma. The young leaves can be prepared as a salad. If the herb is planted in the fall, it can be harvested in winter, hence the name "Winter Cress".

Take the leaves of 15 - 40cm large plants.
