The Narrowleaf Coneflower is a plant that has become famous because of its immune-stimulating characteristics. Echinacea can be grown in most gardens, also in the shade, and is a beautiful ornamental plant. From the plant, a tincture can be prepared. Therefore, you have to douse the hackled roots, leaves, and blossoms with a preferably premium vinegar and let it infuse for several weeks. Many sources call Echinacea Angustifolia the medicinally most effective coneflower variety. It originates from Northern America and has been an appreciated medicinal plant of the Indian tribes, which have mainly used the root as a remedy. By interchange of the seeds, the plant and its usage came to Europe, where it belongs to the most important medicinal plant today.
