The spinach variety 'Matador' is fast-growing, high-yielding, and large-leaved. You can resow this Spinacia oleracea variety outdoors every two weeks or as required to be able to harvest fresh spinach from the garden all year round.

However, spinach can also perfectly be grown on the balcony or patio in boxes or pots.

Spinach is often consumed together with potatoes or fried eggs. Furthermore, spinach is often used for dyeing other groceries, like pasta, green.

Spinach contains high minerals but it's not true that it leads to superpowers as you can see with Pop-Eye. This myth is due to a decimal place mistake where the comma in the iron content was shifted.
