The approx. 5 cm long Hot Lemon Habanero chilis are very hot, but not quite as extreme as the classic Habanero. They have a tapered shape and mature from green to yellow. The aroma is quite typical for a Habanero, but with a slight hint of citrus. Good for fruity sauces or for the production of yellow chili powder. The plants are relatively small, bloom early and carry many fruits.

Chili plants can be cultivated as annuals outdoors or as a perennial pot plant. We recommend hibernating the plants and cultivating them perennially as, especially in the second year, a plentiful harvest can be expected. Press the seeds into the seeding compost and keep them warm (approx. 24°C). Chili seeds need warmth for seeding – therefore, a heated plant propagator can be helpful. Grows well indoors. Loves sunny locations and nutritious soil.
