Peanut harvest in the pot - or even in the vegetable bed! Peanuts have a delicious flavour, grated as a spread or in sauces to meat and vegetable dishes. The young leaves can be prepared like vegetables. Traditionally, the peanut was used in African and Asian communities, for example as an aphrodisiac. Peanuts are rich in oil and protein. Especially for vegans, the vitamins and the b-complex contained are very important. If you want to freshly consume the peanuts grown as seeds, you'll first have to dry them for 20 minutes at 150°C in the oven. Apart from the functional characteristics, the plant simply looks great with its beautiful leaves and blossoms. Seeds, content: Approx. 10 Peanut seeds (5 pods)
