Sweet Peppers

Peppers are the big fruity, mild varieties of chili peppers, which are primarily known as sweet peppers.
Widespread are large blunt and blocky shapes as well as pointed ones. In Europe, peppers are an integral part in local kitchens, especially in Mediterranean countries. Hungarian goulash or French ratatouille, Ajvar from the Balcans and Italian antipasti are inconceivable without sweet peppers.
