The Ethiopian eggplant, also known as bitter tomato or scarlet eggplant, is an African Vegetable with many great varieties. In Europe it is grown only sporadically in southern Italy. The plant is very resistant to drought and the fruits are used like other aubergines and eggplants. wüchsig, aber sehr bitter gut aufzuziehen und schöne wüchsige Pflanze mit hohem Ertrag. Leider sehr bitter und auch der Trick die Früchte vorher länger einzusalzen, hat nicht geholfen. Aber nicht Jedem stört bitter.
