Seeds for muskmelons and watermelons - in fact, there are several varieties that give you very good yields even in Central Europe. Melons belong to the cucurbits.
In Central Europe, melons really need the sunniest, warmest and most well-protected spot in the garden to grow well. It is worthwhile to raise the plants by pre-culture in the house and then to transplant to the open field by the end of May. Of course, the fruits are not going to be as large as the ones from the supermarket, but the taste will be much better.
