Beefsteak Tomato Seeds
Beefsteak tomatoes are the giants among tomato varieties. They are immediately recognizable by their enormous size, weight and often special forms. With a diameter of 8-12 cm and a weight of 100-1000 g, they can not be overlooked.
Just like the cherry tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes have a unique taste. They usually have less acid than the standard varieties of tomatoes and a full-bodied flavour. Beefsteak tomatoes are often very juicy and slightly thick-walled. When they are cooked, baked and grilled, they can keep their shape for a longer time and are therefore excellent for filling and stuffing - but of course they are just as tasty when eaten raw. One of these large tomatoes is often sufficient for a tomato and mozzarella salad.
