One problem with many superfoods and super seeds is that they have to travel long distances and come from unclear cultivation situations where they are partially subject to high pesticide and germ exposure. This actually counteracts the positive effect of the plants and seeds - what good is the healthiest food when it is contaminated with toxic agents or pathogens? If you grow them on your own there is no such risk, and superfoods from your own garden are sure to be exactly as they should be: Super delicious and super healthy.
